Quoted rates are subject to Availability, and Booking

Individual Travelers:
- 50% of total bill must be paid upon confirmation by Bank Transfer or by Money Gram
- 50% upon your arrival in Cairo Cash Payment.

Groups:
- 50% must be paid on confirmation by wire bank transfer
- 50% rest of amount will be paid before arrival at least 15 days by wire transfer bank
- We accept any of following currencies: U.S Dollar - Euro
- We don not accept payment by credit card over the Internet

Cancellation Policy:
In the event of cancellation of travel arrangements due to any reasons - we must be notified of the same in writing. Please make sure your intimation reaches us between office hours. (9.00 am- 6.00 pm on Sat-Thui, and 8.00 a.m - 12.00 p.m on Fri). To contact us on weekends or beyond office hours, you may reach us at 002-011-4550088. Cancellation charges will be effective from the time/date we receive your intimation in writing (strictly during office hours). Cancellation charges would be as follows:
 

Children Policy
1) Up till 3 years Old totally free of Charge sharing Parent’s room same basis, from 3 - 11   years old, 50% discount on adult’s rates sharing Parent’s rooms
2) Children above 9 Years old will be considered as adult in Sleeping Train
3) Domestic Flights will be 68 % of basic adult rate plus taxes
